Frequently Asked Questions
For the UK mainland, your order should take about 2 to 4 working days to arrive. If you're in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or Scottish Islands, it may take 3 to 5 working days.
Some larger or heavier items might take a little longer because they need special delivery, but don’t worry – we’ll deliver them to your door for free!
Other Things to Know:
- If you order after 11 am on a weekday, we’ll send it the next working day.
- Orders placed on the weekend go out on Monday.
- Check your order carefully before confirming it!
Delivery Details:
- Deliveries are to your door, Monday to Friday.
- We don’t set up your tree or take away packaging.
- We’ll always let you know if there’s any delay.
- If you refuse delivery for reasons other than damage or incorrect items, we’ll refund you minus delivery and return costs.
If your package arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days. Make sure to give us the product code from the box and tell us what’s damaged. We’ll pick it up and send a replacement if it’s still in stock.
If your package is lost or not moving in transit, contact us! We’ll work with the courier and update you within 24 hours. If it says delivered but you didn’t get it, we’ll sort it out.
Check your account to track your order. If something is missing, reach out and we’ll help you right away.
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll fix it!
